They consist of sturdy steel disks with a hole at the centre duly shaped according to the profile to be obtained. Following the technical details supplied by the Customer we can produce surface external broaches for a wide range of profiles. To use surface external broaches there is no need to have a particular broaching head – or broaching tool or broaching holder. In fact the broach can be installed on every kind of broaching head – or broaching tool or broaching holder – thanks to a special adaptor.
